Can you maintain a website built by someone else?
Yes, subject to an initial review of the site, access, hosting and dependencies. Existing faults or substantial cleanup may need a separate scope before ongoing care begins.
Does the monthly time add up across plans?
No. Essential includes 30 minutes of minor changes. Growth includes two hours total of support or improvements. Conversion & Automation includes four hours total—not four hours plus the Growth allowance.
Does unused support time roll over?
No. Included time is a monthly allowance and does not carry forward. Additional work is scoped and quoted separately.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Growth and Conversion & Automation Care have a three-month initial commitment. Enrollment, renewal, cancellation notice and access-removal arrangements are confirmed in writing before you start.
Are hosting and premium plugin licences included?
Third-party costs, licences and hosting responsibilities are agreed separately. The proposal makes clear which services are provided by you and which are included in the care scope.

Yes. I’m available 24/7 for WordPress support. Care plans start at $79 per month.
